The Ultra Float is open on both ends. Slide it on and off whatever you want to float easily and quickly. Some great uses for it include:
- Fishing rods! Not only will they float your rod, they work great as a cushion when fishing them under the arm.
- Landing nets
- Gaffs
- GoPro® camera poles
- Oars/paddles
Ultra Floats fit handles from 7/8″ to 1.5″ in diameter. The Ultra Float 2 (UF2) has been discontinued. The Ultra Float 3 (UF3) is 8″ long and 3″ thick.
Ultra Float 3 (UF3)
This is the larger of the 2 models of the Ultra Float, although the inner diameter is the same so it will fit on the same size handles (7/8″ to 1 ½” in diameter). It is 3″ thick and 8″ long. It’s made for larger sized fishing nets, gaffs, boat hooks, oars/paddles, and fishing rods. It is open at each end, allowing fishing rods to be placed in rod holders… useful for kayak fishermen , paddle boards and GoPro® camera poles!
